Rachel Marrello practices in all areas of labor and employment law, and has worked with Ms. Major since June 2007. Ms. Marrello has litigated and defended cases in both federal and state courts, government administrative agencies and arbitrations for a wide range of issues involving employee benefits, wage claims, discrimination and employment contracts. Ms. Marrello has also been retained by the Cook County Shakman Compliance Administrator to review Cook County’s hiring practices in an effort to eliminate patronage hiring.
